Tandoor Roasted Chickpeas
Ah mighty chickpeas! so versatile, healthy and delicious. It's hard to go wrong with these beautiful beans. This recipe makes for a perfect snack. Our Tandoor seasoning brings a sassy smokiness to an already cheeky snack.
2 tbsp Tandoor Seasoning
2 Cups of Canned Chickpeas (About 1 Can)
Himalayan Salt + Pepper
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Drain and rinse chickpeas, spread on a baking sheet and coat them nicely with spray oil
- Sprinkle a couple of spoonfuls of Tandoor seasoning and roast for 15-20 minutes, shaking the sheet pan halfway
- Finish with Himalayan salt, pepper and snack away!
