This good old fashioned dish is a staple in Indian households and certainly in the Spicemode kitchen. The Tikka and Masala really elevate the ingredients in a way that is it hard to believe that the sauces and seasonings ever came out of a jar! Perfect as a veggie-heavy dinner or served as a side.


1/4 jar Masala Sauce
2 Tbsp Tikka Seasoning
1 Head of Cauliflower
4 Potatoes
1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
Scallion, Chopped
Cilantro, Chopped
Red Chillies, Chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut cauliflower into florets and potatoes into wedges and season with Tikka seasoning. 
  2. Quickly roast cauliflower and potatoes and then sautee in a pan with the Masala Sauce and the tomatoes.
  3. Let flavors absorb and finish off with fresh scallions, cilantro and a generous squeeze of lemon juice.
