Are your products spicy?

Spicemode prides itself in balancing acidity, sweetness, and heat. Using three different types of chilies and dozens of spices, we take our time creating robust flavor profiles for you to enjoy at home. Our sauces and seasonings mellow once cooked - making all of our products full-flavored yet not overbearing. We currently have mild, medium, and spicy selections available.

How do your products differ from others at my local grocery store?

Our products are handcrafted with all natural and fresh ingredients with no additives, no preservatives, no artificial anything. We also purchase the whole ingredients, meaning that there are no frozen prechopped vegetables or preground spices in our products.

Are your products only used to make Indian food?

Don’t sell us short! We love a good curry but also have a penchant for wings, tacos, and pulled pork. Our products can be used as a spice rub for your favorite protein, enhance marinades, or act as a primary ingredient in tonight’s stir-fry. The possibilities are endless!

Are your products fresh?

Shortcuts are persona non grata at Spicemode. We create small batches out of both locally-sourced and whole ingredients; canning immediately after production to preserve flavor and ensure freshness.

Do you have any GMO’s, Preservatives or Artificial flavors in your products?

We put a lot of effort into knowing where each of our dozens of ingredients originate from. We do not have any GMO’s in our products. All natural, baby.

Are Spicemode products vegan? Gluten-free?

Not only are they all natural - they are vegan, gluten-free, and paleo-friendly!

Is Spicemode kid-friendly?

Sure. Our customer can not stop telling us about how much their kids love the flavors of Spicemode. It makes every day proteins and vegetables a little more exciting.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Typically an order ships within 5 days after placement. Ship times range from 1 to 3 days depending on the address. We partner with both FedEx, UPS as well as USPS.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! At this time only Spicemode’s Seasonings are available for worldwide shipping.

How can I change my order?

Send an email to orders@spicemode.co with your order number and details of any changes. We will reply within 24 hours.

Can I find your products in stores?
We are stocked in the Midwest Region of Whole Foods Market as well as Northern California and independents grocery stores across the country. A complete list of our retail partners is available at the Retail Locations page of our website.
