Odd, but good

I used the Vindaloo sauce in the ground meat recipe found on the website. I've esten Indian cuisine for almost 60 years and I've never encountered a "sweet" vindaloo. Vindaloo should be sour, not sweet. That said, it was sufficiently hot for my taste. I'd buy it again, but need to change my expectations so I'd not be disappointed

I NEED THOSE IN MY PANTRY

I gotta say when I first saw those on TikTok I thought I could try it out of curiosity. Then I actually tried it and I was obsessed and immediately regretted not having bought more. So then after harassing the founder for more sauces, they were finally back in stock so I got a bunch and I don’t regret it and I’m gonna wait to get more because I am obsessed and I don’t want those to ever go away - so thank you so much they’re absolutely fabulous

Nice Balance of Popular Vinaloo and Authentic Goan

I've always found with vindaloo paste that you have two options: what you get in the (Bangladeshi) Indian restaurants in the West, and authentic Goan style. For me it's a matter of mood; I appreciate both. This sauce is nice because it melds the two in a way that works for either occasion.

Fiery Vindaloo

This is a great sauce! I use some spice (I have some leftover over from another company, and I am now using some of yours as well) with yogurt and marinate some chicken. Then I cook the chicken, deglaze the pan with a bit of broth, add half a jar of vindaloo, and half a can of coconut milk. Absolutely delicious!
