Chicken Quinoa & Kale Saute

INGREDIENTS
Curry Seasoning
2 Cup Kale
2 Chicken Breasts
2 Cup Quinoa, Cooked
1 Orange Pepper
Lemon
DIRECTIONS
- Season chicken with Curry seasoning and grill or bake, then let rest and chop or shred, depending on your preference
- In a separate pan, Saute pepper then add cooked quinoa and kale, cook for a couple of minutes and then combine with chicken.
- Add more Curry, big squeeze lemon and serve.
