Chilifire Chicken Wings

Everyone loves wings. This is a recipe for Sweet and Spicy wings redefined. This game day and bbq classic is the ultimate crowd pleaser. You cannot go wrong with the sweet heat that these tasty and juicy wings bring to the table. Try it out and make it your own! 

INGREDIENTS

2. tbsp Chilifire Seasoning or Hot Mirchi
2 lbs Organic, Free-Range Chicken Wings
1 cup BBQ Sauce
2 tbsp Honey
Scallions
Limes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 420 degrees. In a mixing bowl combine chicken wings with Chilifire. Use a little for a hint of flavor or a lot for a bolder experience. Let rest for 5 minutes.
  2. Lightly oil a sheet tray or a baking rack and add the wings, arranging in a single layer. Sprinkle with a little bit more seasonings for a nice crust and place in the center rack of the oven. Cook for 35-40 minutes.
  3. While cooking add your favorite BBQ sauce to a small sauce pan with a dash of Chilifire, squeeze of lime and honey. Glaze the wings during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  4. Serve with sliced limes and scallions
