Bold & Flavorful Homestyle Curry
This is the style of cooking I grew up eating, and what inspires our products.
Curry Sauces : Add 1/2 cup of sauce to 1 1/2 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken thighs and slowly simmer on the stovetop for 25 minutes.
Seasonings : Start with a sliced onion, add the seasoning followed by fresh tomatoes and your protein of choice.

Indian Restaurant Style Curry
This curry will by saucy and rich. Start by adding tomato paste to a skillet and cook until darkens. Then add 3 tablespoons of the curry sauce or seasoning. Next add the protein of choice and sauté for a few minutes. Add a cup of coconut milk or heavy cream and simmer until cooked through.

I was so amazed by all three, the freshness and ingredients in Spicemode mixes/masala's are always above the norm. Played with a pizza sauce with the Mirchi. That GARAM MASALA. I have had many a brand of Garam Masala's and nothing on the market, at least in Cali hold a candle to SpiceMode Garam Masala. I wanted to try it asap and made my red lentil daal with crispy smash potato toppers. In which after a quick par boil I smash the creamer baby potato's sprinkle with garam masala and toast up in the oven. The garam masala bits that did not adhere got really toasty on the pan. I thought gee I wasted a bit but tasted one of the clumps and it was toasty amazing flavor. The smash'tater's and the spice clump bits were a surprising daal topper.
I have been very pleased with the three spices I received. In fact whenever a recipe such as the one I made last evening asks for a spice blend of onion powder or garlic powder and paprika along with salt and pepper I substitute one of my spicemode blends as a rub and then add brown sugar or mustard to pork for example. It becomes juicy and flavorful! Big fan!
