Can you really have enough sauce recipes? I keep this one nearby by when I need something quick for any grilled protein or vegetable. The color is beautiful and flavors are bold. It is delicious on its own, but if you want to kick it up even more add some of your favorite Spicemode seasonings to the blender. Inspired by the Serious Eats Green Sauce
3 whole jalapeño chilies, roughly chopped
1 cup fresh cilantro leaves (1 ounce; 28g)
2 medium cloves garlic
2 teaspoons (10ml) fresh juice from 1 lime
1 teaspoon (5ml) distilled white vinegar
2 tablespoons (30ml) extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon Spicemode Savory Tikka, Golden Curry, or Hot Mirchi
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
For the Sauce: Combine jalapeños, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, and vinegar in the jar of a blender. Blend on high speed, scraping down as necessary, until smooth. With blender running, slowly drizzle in olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
