Tandoor Curry Potato Medley
Despite having owned a spiralizer for years, every time we use it we are still mesmerized by its magic, and the incredible textures it can achieve. Spiralized potatoes are a real thing of beauty. These potatoes can be used as a noodle base for another dish, or enjoyed by themselves because well- who doesn't love potatoes? If you don't have a spiralizer, no worries, we recommend shaving the potatoes lengthwise to get a similar feel that is still fun to eat!
INGREDIENTS
Curry Seasoning
Tandoor Seasoning
Potatoes (preferably two or three kinds for color & texture)
Spray cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 450-475 degrees
- Spiralize (or shave) potatoes
- Coat evenly with spray oil (we use pray oil here to control the fat content)
- Sprinkle with generous amount of Curry and Tandoor seasoning
- Roast until Tender and crispy
- Add salt and pepper to taste and happy eating!
