Tandoor Curry Potato Medley

Despite having owned a spiralizer for years, every time we use it we are still mesmerized by its magic, and the incredible textures it can achieve. Spiralized potatoes are a real thing of beauty. These potatoes can be used as a noodle base for another dish, or enjoyed by themselves because well- who doesn't love potatoes? If you don't have a spiralizer, no worries, we recommend shaving the potatoes lengthwise to get a similar feel that is still fun to eat!


Curry Seasoning
Tandoor Seasoning
Potatoes (preferably two or three kinds for color & texture)
Spray cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 450-475 degrees
  2. Spiralize (or shave) potatoes
  3. Coat evenly with spray oil (we use pray oil here to control the fat content)
  4. Sprinkle with generous amount of Curry and Tandoor seasoning
  5. Roast until Tender and crispy
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste and happy eating!
