Tahini- Masala Vinaigrette
With the addition of the tahini, this citrusy masala sauce strikes and amazing balance. The dressing pairs beautifully with seared fish and peppery arugula.
INGREDIENTS
¼ Jar of Masala Sauce
¼ Cup Tahini paste
2 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp Roasted Garlic
1 Tbsp Honey
Handful of Chopped Chives
Mild oil
DIRECTIONS
- Toss all ingredients into a food processor or large mixing bowl except chives and oil
- Mix together then drizzle oil in a steady stream, pulsing or whisking until dressing forms
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and top with chives
- Dressing will keep nicely in the fridge for up to a month
