Sweet Potato Hash 

Charred sweet potatoes, caramelized onions with the smoky and spicy Chilifire seasoning. Combine to make an interesting addition to your next brunch menu, for Major League points, top with a fried egg!


2 Tbsp Chilifire Seasoning
2 Medium Sweet Potatoes
1 Small Onion, Diced
1 Tbsp Sweet Paprika
1 Tbsp Roasted Cumin
Sliced Jalapenos


  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Add to a hot skillet with oil and cook in a single layer until the outside begins to soften – about 10 minutes.
  2. Next add Chilifire seasoning and roasted cumin. Stir to combine and continue to cook until the potatoes begin to darken. Add the chopped onion and press the potatoes against the pan keep cooking until charred in spots.
  3. Once cooked through, soft and delicious season with salt and pepper, sliced jalapeños and scallions.
