Simple Skillet Curry

If you don't have a lot of time and need to get dinner on the table quickly, try our quick chicken breast sauté. You can even use chicken tenders for a simple bite size meal! If you have the time, brown the meat before adding the cooking sauce. You can keep it with gravy or reduce until you are left with sticky caramelized onions and spices. Either way- you are winning dinner!

INGREDIENTS

1 Jar of Masala Sauce
1 Tbsp Mirchi Seasoning
1 1/4 lb White Meat Chicken
Cilantro and/or Scallions

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add oil to a hot pan followed by small chunks of chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Lightly brown.
  2. Add jar of sauce and seasoning, then sauté for a minute until fragrant
  3. Add up to a cup of water and simmer, stirring occasionally until cooked. About 10 minutes.
  4. Taste and adjust for seasoning.
  5. Finish with chopped cilantro or scallion
