Spicemode Roasted Cauliflower

A very simple method to transport your favorite vegetable to exotic places. After roasting, the flavor of the vegetable intensifies and the addition of Spicemode's seasonings give it a healthy punch of flavor With every bite you will experience pops of yummyness from our handcrafted blend of fragrant spices - including cumin, coriander, cardamom & cinnamon.


4 Tbsp Chilifire Seasoning
1 Head of Cauliflower
1 Tbsp Oil
Salt and Peper


  1. Cut cauliflower into quarters and remove the core
  2. Using your hands break into medium size florets
  3. Dust with Spicemode seasoning (use a little or a lot)
  4. Add a some oil and mix together
  5. Season with a sprinkle of salt and grinds of black pepper
  6. Place in 420 degree over for 20-30 minutes until charred in spots and tender
  7. Shake and turn the pan half way through
