Roasted Broccoli w/ Spicemode Chilifire

This is simply the easiest way to spice up mealtime. I love roasted broccoli and can eat it all day long. The addition of the seasoning adds a mouth-watering background spice and tons of flavor. It’s a perfect side dish for your next dinner or on top of a salad.
- Set oven to 420 degrees. Cut broccoli into large pieces, the break down into florets. Peel the stalks and slice into coins.
- Add broccoli to a mixing bowl with a drizzle of oil. Sprinkle on Chilifire to coat the florets , at least a couple tablespoons. Season with salt and some grinds of pepper.
- Pour seasoned broccoli onto a baking sheet. Do not crowd the pan, the broccoli should be in a single layer with some space in between. Place in the middle of the oven.
- Cook for 15 minutes, then toss and rotate pan. Roast for another 10-15 minutes until tender and charred.
