INGREDIENTS

Chilifire Seasoning
2 Lbs of Skirt Steak
Tortilla (preferably corn)
Cilantro & Scallions
Queso Fresco
Lime

DIRECTIONS

  1. Stay Trim - Cut off excess fat around sides of steak. Add a generous amount of Spicemode Chilifire seasoning. For bolder flavor - don’t hold back! Allow to rest for 15 minutes before grilling.
  2. Chop scallions & cilantro, then combine. Crumble cheese and cut a few limes to add later.
  3. Next, time to grill! Once hot, allow steak to grill for 4 minutes on each side. Cool for 10 minutes then slice!. Cut into 4″ pieces then slice across the grain.
  4. Add sliced steak to tortilla. Top with cilantro, scallions, queso, your favorite salsa & limes.
