Fiery Sautéed Shrimp

This Vindaloo glaze is the perfect complement to any type of summer grilling, especially when seafood is involved. Shrimp take to this glaze significantly whether on the grill or a saute pan!

INGREDIENTS

½ Jar Vindaloo Sauce
Shrimp Deveined
4 Garlic Cloves
2 Shallots
1 Cup of Orange Juice
3 Tablespoon of Honey
Cilantro
Pinch of flour

DIRECTIONS

  1. Sauce is made into a glaze by first pureeing the paste, adding honey and some orange juice.  
  2. Once dark and thick, add cilantro and set aside.  Get a pan scorching hot; add oil, garlic and shallot, getting some nice color.  
  3. Then add the flour-dusted shrimp.  Toss together to coat with sauce until shrimp cooked though.  Garnish with more cilantro.
