Chicken Quinoa & Kale Saute

INGREDIENTS

Curry Seasoning
 1 Cup Kale
2 Chicken Breasts
1 Cup Quinoa, Cooked
1 Orange Pepper 
Lemon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Season chicken with Curry seasoning and grill or bake, then chop 
  2. Saute pepper then add cooked quinoa and kale, cook for a couple of minutes and then combine with chicken. 
  3. Add more Curry, big squeeze lemon and serve.
