Grain and veggie medleys of any kind are a fantastic way to fill up on nutrients and fiber. Feel free to modify this recipe to add your favorite legumes, it will work on anything and everything. The combination of our seasonings will give this recipe a smokey, tangy, and rich kick that will make you want to eat your veggies every day!
INGREDIENTS
Curry Seasoning
Tikka Seasoning
Tandoor Seasoning
Barley
Farrow
Wheat Berries
Chickpeas
Mushrooms
Kale
Ginger
Garlic
Onions
Peppers
Coconut Oil
Lemon
DIRECTIONS
- Start off with a base of ginger, garlic, onions, pepper and Curry
- Separately, saute mushrooms and kale in Tikka
- Roast Chickpeas in Tandoor
- Combine everything in one pan and sautee with coconut oil
- Add a good squeeze of lemon
- Serve!
