Yogurt Baked Chicken Legs

We love this chicken! It has so much flavor and it's so simple to make. There are so many spices and chiles in our Chilifire rub that it really does take any protein to the moon and back. Cook it in the over or on the grill for a healthy and enjoyable meal.

INGREDIENTS

Chilifire Seasoning
2.5 Lbs Chicken Thigh, Bone-in and Skinless
1/2 Cup Yogurt
Cilantro
Red Onion
Limes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Remove skin from chicken. Using a sharp knife make three deep slashes diagonally across the grain of each thigh.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of yogurt and a generous amount of Chilifire seasoning until the chicken is nicely coated. Mix to combine then let marinate for 30 minutes to overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 420 degrees and add chicken.
  4. Roast, turning pan half way, until chicken is charred and easily pulls away from the bone.
  5. Serve garnished with chopped cilantro, sliced red onion and limes.
