Slow Cooker Pork Curry

INGREDIENTS

1 Jar Vindaloo Sauce
2.5 lbs Pork Shoulder
1 Cup Coconut Milk 
1 Cup of Broth or Water
1 Can Tomates, Crushed or Diced

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cut pork into 2" cubes
  2. Season meat with salt and pepper and add to slow cooker. Add can of tomatoes, jar of sauce, cup of coconut milk and water; mix together.
  3. Set temperature to low and cook until tender - low for 6-8 hours / high for 2-4 hours
  4. Add peas during last 10 minutes (optional)
