Spicy Grilled Salmon

Something about the assertive flavors of the Mirchi Seasoning that speak to delicate, yet fatty meat, like salmon. Easily turned into a grilled salmon dinner, this simple technique can go a long way.

INGREDIENTS

Mirchi Seasoning
Fillet of salmon, preferably wild
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoon of water 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Start your grill or begin heating a grill pan
  2. Combine Mirchi, sugar, and water in a pan over low heat
  3. Stir to dissolve sugar into sauce and reduce until nice and thick
  4. Oil fillets and lay on grill skin side up
  5. Once you've got some good grill marks going flip fillets and brush with glaze
  6. Continue to sprinkle seasoning until there's a good, bright layer going on and salmon is cooked through
  7. Serve with steamed rice or a tangy side salad
