Who Am I?

Spicemode’s Madras Cooking Sauce is a mellow ode to India’s Spice Coast, a region where the cuisine is described as both fresh and vibrant. Inspired by the lively tropical spirit of Chennai, our signature sauce is prepared with a bit of tamarind to balance out the touch of spiciness. Scented with fennel, mustard seed, chile flake & a good amount of turmeric, our subtle sauce is a great addition to any meal!
